Refund Policy

Fourteen days, no justification required. The local runtime is free, so a paid plan should never be a blind purchase.

Who processes your refund

Paid plans are sold by Dodo Payments Inc. as Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments charges your payment method, issues the invoice, and processes the refund. We authorise it; Dodo Payments returns the money to your original payment method.

You can request a refund from us or directly from Dodo Payments. Either way, expect the funds to take up to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

One limit we do not control, stated rather than discovered. Because Dodo Payments is the seller, the final decision on any refund is theirs, and their Buyer Terms reserve the right to refuse one — for example where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. The commitment below is our commitment to authorise; it is not a power we hold to move money ourselves. We have never had a valid request refused, and if one ever is we will say so and make it right by another route.

The 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. You do not need to justify the request.

The window applies to your first purchase of a plan and to the first billing period of a new subscription.

We are able to offer this because the local runtime is free and always will be. You can run npx @cirvix_ai/agent-control scan and evaluate the engine before spending anything, so a paid plan should never be a blind purchase.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not billed again.

  • Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
  • If a renewal genuinely caught you out — you had not used the product in that period and tell us promptly — contact us. We would rather refund it than argue about it.
  • Annual plans may be refunded pro rata at our discretion where there are unused whole months remaining and the circumstances warrant it.

What is not covered

  • Plans terminated by us for breach of the Terms of Service.
  • Requests made after the applicable window, other than at our discretion.
  • Third-party costs — your own hosting, infrastructure, or model provider charges. We never received that money and cannot return it.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement — which is what you give at checkout in order to get access straight away.

Our 14-day refund window above is offered in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory right you have. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Most of our customers buy as a business rather than as a consumer, in which case the statutory withdrawal right does not apply — but our 14-day window still does.

How to request one

Write to [email protected] with the email address you purchased with and your Dodo Payments order or invoice number. That is all we need.

We aim to reply within two business days and to authorise valid requests immediately.

Before you file a chargeback

Please contact us first. A chargeback costs both sides a fee and takes far longer to resolve than an email, and we have no interest in keeping money from someone who does not want the product. If the request is reasonable, we will refund it.
